New Set List

Putting together a new setlist compiled of acoustic renditions of popular pop songs from the 1970’s, 80’s and 90’s. There are so many great songs to choose from, but not all are going to work.

Some will transfer great, like Take On Me by A-Ha and Call me Al by Paul Simon. However some are just out of my vocal range like anything from the Beach Boys. I’ll keep working on key variations to adjust the pitch for some popular tracks, but sometimes it affects the natural tone and thus the vibe of the song is lost.

Either way, there are hundreds of tunes available to play live or record, so there is no need to stress over them if they don’t work. Best to focus on the best sound and cut the ones which are taking too long to get right.
