The new gold hardware looks incredible with the cherry red body and white scratch plate. Simple to solder the earth wire to the bridge. This grounds the earth loop and prevents static in the pickups and volume pots.

One of the worse things I find in instruments for children are poorly configured action, cheap hardware and terrible electrical infrastructure. This is the main reason it is so important to buy quality brands from reputable suppliers.

Yes it is much easier to use eBay or Amazon and have those Christmas and birthday gifts delivered toy your door, but I cannot stress the importance of speaking to professionals at a music store for guidance and advice.

They have spent years perfecting their skills using the very thing you know nothing about. If you're serious about your child learning how to play music, why wouldn't you want help selecting the right instrument?
